SMS communications are handled at the product level, not at the parent dun4u.ai level. When a real estate professional uses MyAgentFlow (our product platform) to send text messages to their leads and clients, the SMS program is governed by MyAgentFlow's policies. Full SMS disclosure — including data collection, consent flows, opt-out keywords (STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL / END / QUIT), HELP keyword response, quiet hours, carrier (Twilio, Inc.) disclosure, A2P 10DLC compliance, and recipient rights — is published at myagentflow.app/Privacy (Section 18) and myagentflow.app/Terms (Section 21). The dun4u.ai marketing site does not send SMS to visitors or subscribers.
